  After multiple trainers and countless crash diets, I have found my fit. Zach’s knowledge and attentiveness is beyond superb. He always motivates and encourages me rather than being overly pushy. Trainer, diet coach, life coach, therapist and friend! He’s the best!

  I have been working with Zach for about 7 months now. Zach is always encouraging and patient, and he has gently pushed me much further than I would have ever gone on my own. He doesn't just train--he educates. He hasn't just taught me how to work out better, he has shared all kinds of information on fitness and nutrition. Zach is really a great guy and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their diet, fitness and overall health.
